Automated oscilloscope calibration

The Bachelor thesis deals with the preparation and subsequent automated calibration of the Rhode&Schwarz RTB2002 oscilloscope using the Meatest 9010 calibrator. The first part brings a theoretical introduction to the environment of Caliber and the issue of calibration of oscilloscopes. The second part contains the preparation and design of the calibration procedure including its practical implementation and comparison of the results of the automated and manual calibration of the chosen oscilloscope.

This bachelor thesis deals with climatic testing of Calibrator 9010. The content of this work is a theoretical analysis of climatic tests. Furthermore, the properties of the Caliber program are described here. Caliber program in this work is used for automated measurement. The next chapter in the work is a description of the properties and functions of the Calibrator 9010. In the practical part of the work, the points of the measurement itself are proposed. Based on the design of points, a procedure is created in the Caliber program. Procedure is used to measure data. The measured results in the work were evaluated.

This bachelor thesis deals with automatic calibration of high-voltage resistence decade of calibrator 9010. The theoretical part deals with multifunctional calibrator 9010 developed by Meatest company, mainly with its high-voltage resistance decade. The other part of this work deals with Caliber. This is program for calibration of instruments. List of methods for determination of resistance decade and equations for device errors and uncertainty of measurement is included. The procedure of calibration high-voltage resistance decade is the result of the practical part. Output protocol from Caliber points to functionality of decade calibrator 9010.
